GLOCKZILLA RETURNS
This was the greatly anticipated sequel we were all looking forward to reviewing. Without a doubt this film has audiences gripping to their seats. In the previous installment, we were left with a cliffhanger of questioning whether Glockzilla managed to make it out alive. Now in this new sequel, Glockzilla faces even bigger and even badder enemies. Luckily, he also makes new friends which aid him in his conquest of the badlands. to start off, this film is filled to the brim with amazing action and destruction. With explosions going off left, right and centre, It never ceases to get boring.

I highly recommend anyone Interested in kaiju action films to go watch this ASAP. Every second of this film is a stunt actors and effects artists dream. The amount of money it must have taken to film some of the shits must have been astounding. However, whilst personally we think this to be a masterpiece, there are a couple of things that need improving. For example, The fight scenes could've been choreographed a little better as some felt slow and bland, or worse tedious. There was also a slight problem with the virtual effects however this is not something to worry about. Luckily, these do not massively detract from the overall positive viewing experience. With the amount of action and emotion delivered in such a short time, we believe the best score to give this film is...

Tom with a tantrum!
"Tom with a the tantrum!" is the 2001 successor to the 1997 "T-rex tom Vs The Bogeyman". This sequel manages to fully cement itself in the success of the first film, adding even more excellent content. Left with a mountain of unanswered questions after the defeat of the Bogeyman, the main character tries leading a journey of enlightenment. During this journey, he learns of the myth of the sacred satsuma. Legend tells that all wishes lie in the power of the sacred satsuma. unknown to our protagonist, Broccolosarus Brain tries to thwart his plans to reunite all missing segments of the sacred satsuma. In the end, his pursuit of enlightenment leads him to realises that not all things green are that bad.

This films excels in its storytelling, really touching many of our hearts. Many a time were we moved by the writing and character building. However, the massive elephant in the room is to do with the villain. In this film, their motives and drives were extremely underwhelming. Whenever the villain came onto screen, I found it really drew us out of the experience, hurting the main characters overcomings. The villain just sadly lacked the depth the last one ("the Bogey man") previously had captured. Unfortunately, this lowers the score of an already great film into a mediocre watch at worst. Overall, we'll have to give this sequal a...

Terencezilla: The tortoise from hell
If you're looking for fun, this movie hits the spot. This movie fires on all cylinders, packing raw action, explosions and danger into this densely layered masterpiece of a film. Many parts of this film are amazing. Firstly, the film and its combat is what stands it out from the rest. With an amazing choreography team, this films prides itself in its complex and various ranges of fighting techniques from Krav Maga to Muay Thai. This really offers diverse exposure to many groups/ minorities which included this type of tradition in their cultures. Secondly, The sound track is stunning. The composer did an amazing job at capturing the essence of the extreme fight scenes. It distills this booming thunder that i think no other composer could've accomplished.
Thirdly, the actors were all superb. The director must have a knack for intricately picking his cast because this is the second time he's managed to bring out such a rare and obscure group that manages to push themselves into the spotlight. This will definitely boost their acting career into celebrity status in the future. Overall, this movie was a blast, excelling in every single category and managing to impress everyone on the team. This has absolutely become our favourite movie review to date. I could go on and on but without a doubt, this score is a definite ...

Kaiju-raptor Vs Potassium.Ong
Kaiju-raptor Vs Postassium.Ong is a gritty action horror which uses shock factor and gore to wow the audience. The twisted and sadistic acts of violence, whilst creative, leave a bad taste in both our and many others' mouths. This does not discredit the effort put into special effects as this department really shines throughout the film. The intricate practical gore effects and model making give the film a really visceral feeling whilst watching. Along with its strong art style, the combination of harsh lighting, colours and grotesque murder sprees adds more depth to the grungy, fested ridden environment the characters inhabit.

Sadly this does not account for the clear lack of story. The film relies too much on gore, losing out on a cohesive narrative. The Kaijus themselves have no personal character, often lacking any real emotion. Many times I felt a scene with a serious topic instantly lost its emotional weight in the amount of pure violence that occurs soon after. Whilst it is respectable that this project put most of its efforts into its special effects, it falls flat on many occasions, usually leaving us wondering what we had just witnessed. The extreme amount of gore takes away from what the initial planning and concepts of this film could have been, missing out on what could've been an amazing film. With all this added up, we give this movie an underwhelmingly...
